Things to Know :
- The minimum rental time of the vessel is 2 hours. If you wish, the time can be extended by checking with our sales team if there is time availability.
- Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks with them on board.
- Pre-payment of 30% of the full price of the yacht is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance payment can be paid on board on arrival.
- Guests have access to all areas of the yacht except for the technical, navigation, and staff quarters.
- The route of the trip shall be discussed with the manager at the time of booking of the vessel, but it can be adjusted with the captain during the cruise.

- If the customer or their guests are running late, the delay time will be deducted from your overall cruise time with us.
- Pre-payment of 30% of the full price of the yacht is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on board on arrival
- For your safety, Rivercruisegoa has the right to cancel or postpone booking due to bad weather conditions. If cancelled or rescheduled, the deposit previously paid will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method, which was used for the booking.
- Guests have access to all areas of the yacht except for the technical, navigation, and staff quarters.
- The route of the trip shall be discussed with the manager at the time of booking of the vessel; but it can be adjusted with the captain during the cruise.
Cancellation Policy:
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
- Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- 100% charge will apply to all no-shows.
- Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show back into the account
