Welcome to Rio Cruises Goa. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Advance payment is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the experience.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

48 hours or more before departure: Eligible for rescheduling or partial refund (as per policy).
Within 48 hours of departure: No refund.
No-show: 100% cancellation charges apply.
In case of adverse weather or operational issues, we will offer rescheduling or an alternative experience.

3. Weather & Sea Conditions

All cruises are subject to weather, tide, and sea conditions.
The captain reserves the right to modify routes, timing, or cancel the trip for safety reasons.
Safety decisions made by the crew are final and must be respected.

4. Boarding & Timings

Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Late arrivals may result in reduced trip duration or cancellation without refund.
Boarding location details will be shared upon booking confirmation.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
Any damage caused to the yacht or equipment will be charged accordingly.
Illegal substances, drugs, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

6. Safety & Liability

Life jackets and safety equipment are available onboard.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
Rio Cruises Goa is not responsible for Personal injury due to negligence or non-compliance Loss or damage of personal belongings

7. Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages may be restricted unless pre-approved.
Alcohol consumption must be responsible; the crew reserves the right to refuse service if required.

8. Children Policy

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Special safety care must be taken for young children onboard.
Children under the ages of 15 years must wear life jacket while in the water & out on deck.

9. Itinerary & Experience Changes

The itinerary may vary depending on weather, tides, and operational conditions.
Certain activities (kayaking, swimming, fishing) are subject to availability and safety conditions.

10. Photography & Media

Photos/videos taken during the experience may be used for promotional purposes unless the guest requests otherwise.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.

12. Agreement

By booking with Rio Cruises Goa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
