Important Information
- Minimum 2 hours are necessary to book this package.
- Reporting time is 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the yacht.
- All guests on board need to carry a photo ID proof.
- All charters are subject to river, sea, weather, and prevailing security conditions on the day of charter.
- We require 50% of the charter fee as advance, which confirms the booking.
- The remaining balance payment of the charter fee and payment for any add-on option must be paid before boarding.
- Rio Cruises will deliver the yacht to the Charterer only after full payment is received from the Charterer.
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are strictly subject to the cancellation policies mentioned on the website and are irrespective of the date of booking.
